The goal of this website and my psychotherapy practice is to help

Yet what kind of experience and training did you get in having these
ingredients for happiness? So is it any wonder you might be struggling

Achieving happiness is relatively simple, not necessarily easy but
incredibly useful. It requires commitment, courage, and willingness.
But what better thing to be the object of your efforts than your
own inner and outer well being.

instructions. I use very effective processes and methods so
